Our client, a major international manufacturing site, is seeking a Financial Administrator to join their team in Virginia Beach, VA. As a Financial Admin, you will be part of the financial team and assist with tracking expenses and data entry of financial statements. The ideal candidate will have communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.  


Pay: $25.00 - $28.00/hr. depending on experience
Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility in this role being part-time during business hours)

What’s the Job? 
 

Directly support the financial analysts in pulling data from financial systems into excel to create monthly and quarterly financial reports to be submitted to business stakeholders Data clean up that would help prepare for a migration to S4Hana from SAP Financial data entry Field test billing Creating internal work orders (tracking expenses across multiple business areas) Creating several expense related reports to view actual to plan costs across the business Processing asset disposals while ensuring compliance Asset transfers to capture costs in the correct cost centers Asset audits Monthly headcount reconciliations Additional duties as needed

What’s Needed?  Minimum of 2-3 years of SAP experience Experience in the financial field preferred, but strong administrative background is required Degree/Diploma in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel specifically
