What you will be doing:
Contribute to impactful provide quantitative data using costed BOMs and routings to analyze production performance, material/ labor usage and accuracy of the BOMs/ routers for production, supporting Epredia’s mission to advance cancer diagnostic solutions.Assist with reporting that identifies the major drivers (~85%) of work order variances on a weekly and/or monthly basis to help achieve key business objectives.Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering implementing changes to improve work order performance to gain hands-on experience across various functions.Develop practical skills using SAP, Advance Excel skills, Power BI data and other systems in a fast-paced, supportive environment.Receive mentorship and feedback through weekly review with senior finance analysis to review progress, provide feedback or assistance to accelerate your professional growth.Working with finance to support ME closing, inventory reporting, costing, and other duties needed to support manufacturing margin improvements and other KPIs.Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, onsite at Epredia - Kalamazoo.Collaborate and network cross-functionally with various internal teams.Qualifications Needed:
Undergraduate student (rising Senior) completing Bachelor's degree in 2025 or 2026.Must be enrolled in school the semester following the internship.To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status.Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SAP or other ERP software.Benefits: This is a competitively paid internship where you will receive hands-on experience where you will contribute to meaningful and challenging projects that have a direct impact on our business. You’ll develop your skills and grow your knowledge with continuous training and regular access to leadership to provide you with the necessary tools to excel in your career.
Compensation: $25 per hour.
Start date: The internship is set to begin on 9th for 8-9 weeks.
