Job Description
The Finance Manager, US Commercial Financial Compliance will be the business unit liaison for US Commercial to support accuracy of the Healthcare Providers (HCP) and Healthcare Organization (HCO) data monitoring and analysis for federal (Sunshine) and applicable state laws.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
US Commercial HCP/HCO subject matter expert partnering with Aesthetics business, finance, legal, and OEC.Complete the Aesthetics financial consolidation using Excel/Power BI for quarterly and annual refreshes of HCP/HCO data ensuring complete and accurate data. Prepare the annual federal (Sunshine) sub certification packages and present to finance, legal, and OEC leadership.Complete the financial monitoring and auditing of Aesthetics programs with HCP/HCO transactions.Complete the financial reconciliations of Aesthetics HCP/HCO data sources ensuring the transactions are included in the US transparency data hub accurately and timely.Prepare and present quarterly financial metrics and data analysis to finance and OEC leadership.Attend Aesthetics business and finance meetings gaining an understanding of the business while learning of programs that may impact US transparency monitoring and reporting.Establish knowledge of the various financial systems including CTE, SNAPP (ACRs), Veeva Events, S4/HANA etc. and be able to investigate/resolve questions ensuring data integrity.Key role in the Project Genesis project team providing input on design and implementing the new HCP/HCO payment process.Complete financial spot audits on the HCP/HCO data such as Speaker Programs ensuring audit readiness.Lead for Internal Audits, CMS Financial Audits, and State Audit inquiries and requests with regards to Aesthetics US HCP/HCO data.Lead a team of two including a Sr Financial Analyst and a Contractor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred.Experience in audit, finance, and/or accounting. Minimum of 7 years’ experience.Analytical skill set including strong excel and ability to quickly learn new systems. Power BI knowledge a plus.Effective communication, cross functional skills, data analysis, and critical thinking skills.Diligence, independent and pro-active thought, and decision-making skills are necessary.
