What You'll Do

You will join BCG Baku Finance team for a 6-months internship and will have the chance to acquire specific and hands-on knowledge of all processes related to Finance such as reporting and analysis, preparing budgets and plans for some accounts, preparing year end reconciliations and analysis for deferred taxation, analyzing petty cash entries accounts payable. You may have the chance to support Controlling activities while giving operational and administrative back-up, dealing with investment analysis, cost analysis, profitability and billability.
You will contribute to the production of frequent updates on key financial metrics in the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) System while providing support to senior colleagues reporting processes, costs analysis, drafting of quantitative reports and slides writing productions that can be presented to senior stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

University degree (BSc or MSc) completed or ongoinig in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance;Good proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel, with hands-on experience in Excel;Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Azerbaijani, Russian and English (C1);Full time availability;Cooperative approach, ability to work in team;Attention to details and accuracy.

You will be working within the Finance department of BCG Caspian, responsible for preserving the intellectual capital, assets, and integrity of BCG. This team makes a decisive impact on the firm’s direction, performance, and risk-management models. Finance jobs include accounting and reporting, planning and analysis, tax and treasury, financial systems, payroll, and executive compensation.
