【業務内容】

\n

フィナンスクラークとして、以下の業務を担当していただきます。 

\n

-   Check SCMチェックのデータに基づくF&Bコスト計算

\n

-   毎月の棚卸作業とデータ入力

\n

-   未記帳経費の調査、仕訳データの入力

\n

-   接待交際費の集計、仕訳データ入力

\n

-   コストレポートの作成と配布

\n

-   現金自動支払機の管理

\n

-   小口現金伝票、入力仕訳データ、現金出納管理

\n

- チェックSCMでの品目管理

\n

- 会計監査への対応

\n

-  その他指示された職務を遂行する

\n

As Finance Clerk – you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n　　F&B cost accounting based on data from check SCM.\nMonthly inventory work and data entry\nInvestigation of unrecorded expenses and input of journal data.\nENT/Officer calculation and journal data entry\nPreparation and distribution of cost report.\nCash machine management.\nManagement of Petty Cash vouchers and input journal data and cash disbursements.\nItem management/maintenance in Check SCM\nResponding to accounting audits for own tasks.\nCarry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n

What are we looking for? 

\n\n　　Personnel with an interest in finance and a desire to become future leaders of the finance department.\n　　Facilitate smooth communication.\n　　Experience of using Excel to calculations.\n　　Experience of using Check SCM are more welcomed.\n\n
