Wherever you start, you’ll be rewarded with a world view and the recognition you deserve in our inclusive and supportive culture. **Experience / skills required:** + _Prepare manual adjustment entries to statutory books for the 3 legal entities in close coordination with statutory/financial controller_ + _Financial reporting_ + _Preparing and ensuring Supporting documentation is audit-proof._ + _Assist in tax declarations and following up on submissions and payments_ + _Physical record retention and bookkeeping including Invoices, contracts, bank reconciliations, minutes of meetings & coordination with 3rd party archiving company._ + _Manage the stamp duty process_ + _Supports information needs of external auditors, and state examiners in an effective and timely manner._ + _Act as a point of contact with local supplier’s/customers’ finance teams for local inquiries (including facilities/utilities related processes)_ + _Local contact for STP and STC Teams, HR teams where applicable in the local context_ + _Good Knowledge of Lebanese Taxation_ + _2+ years of equivalent experience in a similar role._ + _Strong communication and organizational skills - robust and willing to challenge where required_ + _Support with the month-end closing tasks by preparing accruals especially for Trade Investment and A&P_ **Flexible Working Statement:** Flexibility is key to our success.
