Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to the Mako Sales and Marketing teams, using data and insight to drive commercial performance. You’ll gain exposure to executive-level decisions and work on high-impact initiatives that shape business direction.

What you’ll do:
Deliver actionable insights through monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting across Mako and Buying Groups
Assist with the automation of site-level and group reporting, profitability analysis, and Power BI dashboards
Support global presentations and performance deep-dives with data-driven recommendations
Partner with Mako’s Commercial and Marketing teams to help shape strategic decisions with financial and non-financial analysis
Support reporting on divisional performance and assist in building scalable, self-service analytics tools
Contribute to P&L management and broader commercial planning across the business
What we’re looking for:
1–2 years of experience in a finance-related role post-degree, ideally in FMCG or a fast-moving commercial environment
Progress toward, or completion of, your CA or CPA
Strong Excel skills and a desire to innovate through tools like Power BI
Proven business partnering mindset with a focus on adding value beyond the numbers
Familiarity with JDE, BI, or similar financial/reporting systems
A proactive, collaborative approach and the ambition to grow
