Weatherford is seeking a skilled and experienced R&M Quality Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across our operations. You will work closely with our field teams, providing guidance and oversight to ensure that all activities are carried out ethically and in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Requirements 2 ½ - 4 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry Solid understanding of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership when required Physically capable of performing the duties of the role Proficient in computer applications and data analysis Education

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A Technical Certificate from an accredited Technical/Vocational School is preferred.
