What will you be doing?
 

Estimating small service jobs and following up with customers on active quotations and orders. Coordinating with the outside sales force on customer requests. Processing purchase orders, job sheets, and customer invoices in a timely fashion. Communicating with Field Service Technicians, customers, and sub-contractors about logistics and schedules of service jobs. Managing short-term projects to successful completion. 

What do you bring?
 

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Deal effectively with discounts, percentages, and proportions and currency conversion Must type 50 WPM with 90% accuracy Ability to read and analyze business information Presentation and customer interaction skills
