We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our tea. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, support workplace safety and comfort, and coordinate various services to maintain a productive and well-organized work environment. The Facility Coordinator is the first point of contact for all matters related to the facilities for the Zimmer Biomet Hazeldonk campus. This individual is part of the Facilities team of the Netherlands and will be a back up for his/her colleagues when they are absent. The Facility Coordinator will report into the Facility & EHSS Manager.
How You'll Create Impact Act as the first point of contact for facility-related inquiries and issues Schedule, coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades with external vendors and contractors Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency Monitor and support compliance with health and safety regulations Assist with office moves, desk arrangements, and workplace set up Oversee and first point of contact for cleaning, catering, and other facility services Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, supplier contracts, and budgets Support sustainability initiatives and workplace improvement projects Plan and host internal/ external events Managing vendors on site (work permit, escorting, supervision) Identifying bottlenecks, informs and thinks along with solutions and resolves problems when possible Conduct site inspections and document/ follow up Overseen internal facility communication Create and keep up to date Job Hazard Analysis Create Purchase requisition and first lone of approval of invoices Monitor implementation of MJOP and will stick to the rules and legislation Execution of (small) facility projectsThis is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the tasks/ functions however it should cover the essentials
