We are looking for a six-month internship located in Houston, TX. The Intern will be responsible for reviewing the process and presenting solutions to optimize our facilities. Together, we create amazing technology that unlocks access to energy for the benefit of all. + Review current processes and present solutions to increase efficiency. + Provide engineering solutions to optimize processes. + Combine analytical and creative solutions utilizing Kaizen. + Work with Facilities management in Louisiana and Texas. + Use Lean techniques and provide continuous improvement strategy. + Follow prescribed guidelines for each week as closely as possible. + The compensation and reference to benefits for this role is listed on this posting in compliance with applicable law. The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $30 per hour. Must have the legal right to work and reside in the United States without sponsorship. **Qualifications and Experience:** + Master’s degree in business or economics. + Construction or Design Technology + LEAN Six Sigma practitioner + AutoCAD + SAP experience a plus. + Excellent communication skills verbal and written. + Excellent computer skills, including data analysis & presentation.
