The Supply Chain team is a close-knit group of enthusiastic, collaborative and results-driven professionals. Our goal is to translate the site master plan into shop floor execution. The Schedulers play a critical role on site, often acting as the bridge between varieties of stakeholders to ensure our operations stay on track.
This position is responsible for scheduling in the 0–12-week horizon for Filling, Labeling and Packaging (F&P). This role works closely with manufacturing, technical services, quality and supply chain, to achieve best in class operations.

Main Responsibilities:
F&P scheduling and support, in coordination with the Site Supply Planner, E2E Flow Controller and Material Planner.
Optimize schedules to maximize capacity and reduce downtime.
Engage with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer needs, proposed schedules and prioritization.
Lead weekly scheduling and flow control meetings. Facilitate weekly artwork and monthly planning handover meetings.
Track and achieve key KPIs (e.g. batch readiness, schedule adherence, production plan adherence, cycle time).
Maintain plans in SAP. Data content owner for master data related to F&P.
Other tasks as directed (project support, scenario and data analysis, continuous improvement initiatives).
About You
Minimum Requirements
Community College or University graduate
2+ years established experience in a pharmaceutical or CPG environment with majority of time in supply planning/scheduling
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, particularly material and information flows
Preferred Requirements
APICS certification preferred
Experience with ERP (SAP preferred)
Proven analytical and Excel skills
Ability to articulate issues and communicate at all levels
Attention to detail, team player, results-oriented, customer-focused
Project management experience is an asset

The salary range for this position is:
$69,200.00 - $100,000.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
