The Schedulers play a critical role on site, often acting as the bridge between varieties of stakeholders to ensure our operations stay on track. This position is responsible for scheduling in the 0–12-week horizon for Filling, Labeling and Packaging (F&P). This role works closely with manufacturing, technical services, quality and supply chain, to achieve best in class operations. Ready to get started? **Main Responsibilities:** + F&P scheduling and support, in coordination with the Site Supply Planner, E2E Flow Controller and Material Planner. + Optimize schedules to maximize capacity and reduce downtime. + Engage with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer needs, proposed schedules and prioritization. + Lead weekly scheduling and flow control meetings. Facilitate weekly artwork and monthly planning handover meetings. + Track and achieve key KPIs (e.g. batch readiness, schedule adherence, production plan adherence, cycle time). + Maintain plans in SAP.
