F&C ACADEMY COORDINATOR

(Part-Time)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented F&C Academy Coordinator to support the smooth running of our Finance & Control (F&C) Academy. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing, coordinating, and working with a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate the scope and activities of the F&C Academy

Organize Academy courses, including finding tutors, booking rooms and equipment, arranging assessments, etc.

Oversee the ACCA policy and support ACCA students

Support the robotics process related to manual journal entries

What we’re looking for:

Higher education in Economics, Finance, or a related field (students are also welcome to apply)

Previous administrative experience in an international setting is a plus

Fluency in English, both written and spoken for communication with colleagues in Europe

Strong coordination and communication skills

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools
