**Weekend Shift: Fri – Sun** **4:00AM - 5:30PM** **What you will do:** As an extrusion technician, you will take responsibility for running their extrusion line to produce quality products efficiently. This includes equipment set-up, tooling inspections, product inspections, and process monitoring. + Under general supervision, operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logs + Adhere to site specific quality systems and processes + Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents + Operate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed + Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures as needed + Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors + Assist execution of continuous improvement projects + Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker **What you need:** Required Qualifications: + High school diploma or GED + 1+ years relevant experience Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with extrusion or medical manufacturing + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents \#INDGQO Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
