EY has competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Proficient in understanding the financials and familiarity with the company's business model and industry dynamics.
Experience with various accounting software packages and ERP systems available in the market.
Strong working knowledge of Excel, including advanced functionalities such as Power BI and pivot tables.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
Demonstrated ability to learn independently and adapt to changing work schedules, including flexibility to work extended hours as needed. Capacity to quickly adjust to new challenges and shifting priorities in a dynamic business environment.
Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge about new market trends, industry standards, and competitive landscapes. Proactive in seeking out opportunities for professional development and staying updated on best practices in accounting and business development.
Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions in a timely manner. Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that align with business objectives.
Willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Experience with AI tools and technologies, demonstrating the ability to utilize and adapt to AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and decision-making.
