**Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Engineer to create and deliver exceptional technical and operational solutions to our executive population, including C-suite and board of directors. As a key member of our team, you will proactively identify and execute projects to enhance executive solutions, manage crisis escalations, and engage with industry partners to improve the user experience of third-party applications. You will also contribute to tooling and automation projects, showcase expertise in VR/AR/MR hardware and AI technologies, and train and mentor fellow team members requiring them to engage product teams.
**Required Skills:**
Executive Support Engineer Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identify, plan, and execute projects aimed at enhancing executive support operations and improving customer experience
2. Manage crisis escalations accurately by collaborating with cross-functional partners to resolve complex issues
3. Engage with partners across the industry to enhance the user experience of third-party applications for Meta's Executive population
4. Contribute to the creation and updating of various types of documentation related to Executive support operations
5. Work on tooling and automation projects that benefit all of Meta and its partners
6. Showcase an understanding of VR/AR/MR hardware and AI technologies to support VIP demos and product teams
7. Train and mentor fellow team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, helping them reach their full potential
8. Travel globally up to 25% of the year to support various Leadership events and residences
9. Participate in a global on-call rotation, requiring flexibility and availability during evenings and weekends
10. Evaluating the severity of incidents or requests involving various operating systems
11. Troubleshooting enterprise-level network services
**Minimum Qualifications:**

12. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent to 7+ years of IT support experience
13. Executive Support Experience
14. Solutions-oriented, demonstrate communication skills
15. Demonstrates the necessary interpersonal skills to build relationships with executive-level employees
16. Experienced in cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless operations
17. Experienced in security threat assessments, mitigations and protocols
18. Experience navigating various system administrator tools

19. Demonstrated project management skills, and capacity to create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
20. Demonstrated understanding of Video Conferencing technologies
21. Prior experience with VR/AR/MR hardware, preferably Meta's product suite
22. Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting
23. Proficient administration of various SaaS applications
24. Known track record with Vendor Services and Vendor Management
25. Subject matter expert in crisis management while effectively collaborating with multiple teams
26. Experience monitoring and maintaining Service Level KPIs
27. Proficient in managing technical aspects of global events
28. Well-versed in residential support systems
**Public Compensation:**
$147,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
