Executive Relations Manager – Job Description
I. Overview:
The ADP Global payroll team support the delivery of multi-country (International) Payroll Services across more than 140
countries. ADP’s international payroll services are delivered through selected network of specialist partners (being both
ADP and non-ADP) located within each local country. Our objective is greater a differentiated network, in comparison with
other choices our clients have, and driven in all dimensions with strategic intent.
Role objective:
The purpose of this senior role is, in strong collaboration with the Partner Network Regional Manager to define and
execute key aspects of business management and executive relationship for a Network of international payroll
subcontracting Partners.

II. Responsibilities:
1. New Countries & Partners
a. Global planning of new Countries Partners in line with strategic objectives
b. Identification, selection and of strategic Partners in chosen territories
c. Ensuring all new Partners are compliant and aligned with ADP requirements - working in close
collaboration with compliance and security teams
2. Subcontracting Agreements
a. Negotiation & management and ongoing compliance with Corporate contractual obligations
b. Liaison and management of contractual framework in close relationship with Legal Counsel
3. Network Pricing Management
a. Supporting price negotiations to drive mutually successful financial targets
b. Partner Profit & Loss - Analysis of profitability and proactive actions to address price comparisons
c. Make proactive approach to adjust irregularities and misalignment
4. Executive Relations
a. Establish long term, mutually successful strong business relationships with business leaders
b. Explore other business relationships in support of wider geographical scope, service & back-up approach
c. To chair & perform regular business reviews, document agreed actions and resolve outstanding points,
using as input partner performance from Partner Operations, GSO and Corporate audits, partner
engagement to new projects and initiatives
d. To control, manage and negotiate business activities with senior Partner representatives, including new
business allocation in alignment with Partner Manager input relating to Operational performance
e. Coordinate and negotiate with Partners concerning priority projects deployments
5. Executive Escalations
a. Act as primary liaison with ADP leaders and partners Executive contact to resolve any partner issues
impacting service delivery, compliance with ADP standards
b. Non resolvable issues that can only be addressed with the most senior management
c. To manage, working closely with designated Partner Manager, all unresolved cases (and issues)
escalated through the service delivery process requiring executive attention
6. Compliance
a. At as main liaison point for Partner audit related activities
b. Contractual compliance monitoring in line with the Partner Assurance Programme
c. Ensure that Partners close action plans originated from Corporate Audit and GSO audits in due time
