We are looking for a motivated individual to join our global Value Chain Management (VCM) team in Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Supply Chain as an assistant supporting several members of the leadership team and providing limited support to the broader VCM organization. This position will work very closely with the other global assistants to support the VCM leadership team and organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
Along with general administrative tasks and ad hoc requests, the candidate will be responsible for the following:
+ Heavy calendar management often with complex and highly fluid calendar coordination
+ Scheduling and arranging virtual and in-person meetings with internal and external partners and managing all logistical details such as catering, technology, iVisitor, etc.
+ Arranging domestic and international travel and assisting with obtaining necessary visas and passports and preparing expense reports
+ Preparing purchase orders
+ Assisting with department event activities such as Town Halls, Community of Practice events, as well as Culture Team related activities
+ Onboarding new hires including coordination of laptop, workspace, cell phone, credit card, etc.
+ Acting as a key contact for J&J Facility Management of office and work center layout and planning as needed.
+ Building strong relationships with other assistants within VCM as well as Innovative Medicine Supply Chain, and other management team members to ensure efficient and effective teamwork fostering an atmosphere of engagement.
+ Achieving results in the absence of day-to-day guidance
**Qualifications:**
+ A High School Diploma is required; an Associates or bachelor’s is preferred
+ A minimum of 8 years of administrative experience is required
+ Flexibility in working hours to accommodate time zone differences and travel schedules is required
+ Relevant experience in a global work environment, supporting a multi-national team as an assistant.
+ Proficiency in MS Office and, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
+ Working knowledge of internal systems and portals for travel, purchase orders, expense, service request management, and SharePoint sites.
+ Advanced PC skills, including familiarity with various systems and a solid understanding of organizational policies and procedures for task completion, presentations, and special projects.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with active listening capabilities.
+ Ability to work independently, demonstrating effective organization and a structured approach to tasks.
+ Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
+ Awareness and discretion in handling confidential information.
+ High responsiveness to urgent requests and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
+ Resilience in working with demanding executives, with a personal commitment to fulfilling deliverables.
+ Willingness to foster a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to a positive team spirit.
+ Experience interacting with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
+ Proven ability to collaborate effectively with other assistants and departments on a global scale.

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$60,900 - $97,808 annually.
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
