A day in the life. 


This position is for a seasoned administrative professional supporting key members in our corporate group. As the Executive Assistant, your primary role will be to support the Chief Operating Officer, CIO, and MMA Controller. You will be responsible for calendar management, coordinating travel, submitting, and tracking expenses, as well as day-to-day business tasks in addition to collaborating on projects and initiatives. As the Executive Assistant, you will organize both large- and small-scale meetings and provide the associated meeting materials. 


This position requires 4 days in our White Plains, NY office. You will be responsible for light office management duties such as accepting packages, office supply tracking and replacement, mail sorting, corresponding with building management, etc. This person will provide backup assistance to other executive administration and teams as needed.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:


•    5+ years of executive assistant experience


•    Excellent time management and organizational skills


•    Strong communication skills both written and verbal


•    Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint


These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:


•    Insurance industry experience

The applicable base salary range for this role is $57,100.00 - $85,700.00. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
