\n\nLead and inspire the operational team\nEffectively managing daily warehouse operations\nEnsure team and site KPIs are achieved\nManage Inventory (stock takes / inventory control)\nBuild and maintain relationship with customer\nEnsure safe work practices are being followed\nEnforcing compliance of processes and procedures\nYou have the following qualities & qualifications\nSolid experience within the Supply Chain or Logistics industry\nWarehouse Management System (WMS - Manhattan ideally) experience\nDemonstrated leadership and people management skills\nProven customer facing/external stakeholder experience\nStrong time management skills and multi taking capabilities\n\n
