What do we expect you to bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration /Environmental Engineering / Mathematics or other Engineering disciplines, 7+ years of proven experience in environmental management and occupational safety, Good command of English, Good negotiation and financial analysis skills, Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills; attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize a rapidly changing set of objectives, Strong engagement and collaboration skills with good understanding of organization and process-related customer requirements,  Eager to contribute with a growth mindset, innovative approach, and creative thinking

How can you make an impact?

 

Maintain continuous communication with global contacts regarding Environment, Occupational Health, and Safety issues. Conduct Physical Security (Protective Security) and Emergency Response Management (ERM) activities. Act according to ISO environmental quality standards (14001, 50001, 14064) and ensure critical environmental data in responsible areas are prepared with good documentation techniques. Gather all data for the calculation of AZTR's environmental footprint and ensure reporting to the AZ group. Create annual environmental plans aligned with 2030 targets and report data achieved over the years. Coordinate AZTR Occupational Safety activities in accordance with ISO quality standards and local regulations. Support Allianz Wellbeing and Occupational Health initiatives. Develop Allianz Turkey's 3-year Environment, Occupational Health, and Safety strategies and budget. Report annual data according to Allianz global PSM, ERM, and environmental guidelines and procedures. Evaluate the compliance of service providers regarding Environmental and Occupational Safety aspects.
