Location: This internship will be onsite in Kalamazoo, MI.

What you will be doing:

Contribute to impactful projects related to Environmental Health and Safety supporting Epredia’s mission to advance cancer diagnostic solutions.Assist with the collection of sustainability data, conduct and document routine safety equipment inspections, develop educational safety program materials, and track incident corrective actions to closure to help achieve key business objectives.Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Distribution and Facilities to gain hands-on experience across various functions by working on projects.Develop practical skills using MS Office and various electronic tracking platforms (i.e. Zeroboard, VelocityEHS) in a fast-paced, supportive environment.Receive mentorship and feedback through regular manager check-ins and presentations to the site leadership team to accelerate your professional growth.Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, onsite at Epredia - Kalamazoo.Network with various internal professionals.

Qualifications Needed:

Undergraduate student (rising Senior) completing Bachelor's degree in 2025 or 2026.Must be enrolled in school the semester following the internship.To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status.

Benefits: This is a competitively paid internship where you will receive hands-on experience where you will contribute to meaningful and challenging projects that have a direct impact on our business. You’ll develop your skills and grow your knowledge with continuous training and regular access to leadership to provide you with the necessary tools to excel in your career.

Compensation: $25 per hour.

Start date: The internship is set to begin on June 9th for 8-9 weeks.
