**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Lead with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS IoT Full Stack and AWS IoT. Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus. This role involves overseeing project delivery ensuring client satisfaction and driving impactful solutions. **Responsibilities** + Lead the delivery of complex projects involving AWS IoT Full Stack solutions. + Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery. + Provide technical guidance and support to the project team ensuring best practices are followed. + Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. + Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. + Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. + Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders including clients team members and management. + Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle. + Utilize AWS IoT Full Stack expertise to develop and implement innovative solutions. + Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to build their skills and capabilities. + Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to achieve project goals. **Qualifications** + Possess extensive experience in AWS IoT Full Stack and AWS IoT. + Demonstrate strong project management skills with a focus on delivery excellence. + Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. + Show proficiency in risk management and problem-solving. + Display a deep understanding of industrial manufacturing processes (nice to have). **Certifications Required** AWS Certified Solutions Architect AWS Certified IoT Developer Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
