Employee Relations Admin - Temporary

In addition, you ensure that processes are adhered to and documented. **How you will contribute** You will be responsible for the daily administration and operational support for processes in your area of responsibility, ensuring that deadlines are met and service quality is delivered. To excel in this role, you will also ensure that activities are completed in compliance with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations. You will bring experience and knowledge in: + Your specific area of responsibility + Administration with a strong customer-service orientation + MS Office, especially Excel + Meeting deadlines and strong prioritization skills + Meticulously attending to details + Working with a case management system **More about this role** This is a 1 year temporary role **What you need to know about this role:** You will be responsible for administrative tasks related to Labor Relations matters, including but not limited to ERIS creation, updating records for LA, low complexity case management related to disciplinary cases, attendance / walkout issues and loss or theft of company assets for Latin America and/or North America. **The extra ingredients you will bring:** + Case management skills. + Analytical and problem solving skills + Detail oriented and highly organized + Excellent customer orientation and high sense of urgency + Excellent communication skills **Education and Certifications:** Bachelor's degree in progress with preferred major in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Law or related field. **Job specific requirements:** + Basic experience related to HR tasks is required; and experience as HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or Labor Relations (1 year) and familiarity with labor law (1 year) is preferred. + Advanced level of English. + Portuguese is a plus. **Work schedule:** Hybrid model.
