Mercer is looking for candidates for the following position in Warsaw:
Employee Experience Analyst with English
We invite candidates with a passion for data to join our global team, where we share a culture of collaboration that transcends business unit boundaries. This role will involve performing analytical tasks within projects focused on understanding and improving our clients' employee engagement initiatives.
You will support the implementation of employee-focused initiatives for a wide range of clients worldwide, collaborating with other analysts in Poland and India, as well as consultants from around the globe.

Development in the area of project management and client facing
We will count on you to:
Collaborate with consultants, clients, and team members to deliver high-quality employee engagement products.
Configure and test online questionnaires in multiple foreign languages using Mercer tools; prepare high-quality reports.
Coordinate the distribution of surveys (configuring emails with invitations and reminders in multiple languages, ensuring the system is correctly set up).
Intensive work with Excel, perform various operations on large databases (data cleaning, preparing additional calculations in Excel, etc.).
Monitor and report on project progress to ensure they are executed on schedule.
What you need to have:
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving approach to work.
Experience in a similar position.
Confidence in using MS Excel and an eye for detail—essential for checking and correcting the most sensitive data.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (minimum B2).
University degree (ideally technical studies or with elements of statistics like sociology)
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Full availability (Monday to Friday, flexible working hours from 8:00-10:00 to 16:00-18:00).
