Job Description

The Case Management Lead is responsible for Chairing Internal performance and disciplinaries hearings, coordinating of disciplinary hearings, Facilitating the Hearing process including data analytics related.
To ensure that processes and procedures in the Industrial Relations are adhered to on a company-wide level. Minimizing risks to the business from a dispute resolution standpoint by ensuring that correct and consistent processes are maintained at all times. Training and development of internal management in IR processes specifically the Disciplinary process.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

·        Acting as the Chairperson and being present in any IR matters such as disciplinary hearings, incapacity processes.

·        Support the HR team with conflate dispute processes

·        Support the HR team with IR training specifically focussed on Chairing disciplinary hearings and incapacity processes

·        Ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of Human Resources processes, working within HRIS tools, in accordance with company policy and statutory/local laws

·        Collect, maintain, analyse, and report on various types of key Human Resources metrics to assist management in effective decision making; develop clear visuals to communicate findings

·        Prepare documentary requirements for HR Partners handling labour-related cases, as necessary

·        Review Human Resources trends in the market and assist with execution of changes and improvements

·        Communicate and reinforce the Company's values, philosophies, and Leadership Behaviours to assist in development of a high performing organization

·        Drafting and amending IR policies from time to time to ensure they are up to date.

·        Manage matters relating to poor work performance, sick leave abuse and regular absenteeism
