Summer Internship Program

We are kicking of our 2025 Summer Internship program and looking for graduate and final year undergraduate students of technical and business faculties.

As an Employee Administration Intern, you will support HR functions such as employee record management, benefits administration, and the employee lifecycle. You'll assist with onboarding, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

This role provides hands-on experience in HR operations, allowing you to develop essential skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What will you do at Infobip?

Employee Record Management: Accurately input and update employee data in the HRIS. Assist in ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Complete data entry tasks within established timeframes.

Benefits Administration: Assist employees in the enrollment process for benefit programs, providing information and assisting with forms and documentation, with assistance from more senior team members.

Employee Journey: Provide administrative support for different stages of employee journey. Assist onboarding of new employees, changes for current employees by updating employee records and ensuring necessary documentation is complete.

POP documentation & Policies: Assist maintainance of POP documents, policies, and procedures.

Compliance and Legal Requirements: Learn about relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with POP colleagues, Payroll, employees and other stakeholders, providing administrative support that contribute to their success.

Industry Research and Best Practices: Learn about industry trends, research, and best practices in POP area.

More about you:

Final year student of a relevant field of study such as Law, Economics, Human Resources or Business studies.

Able to work full-time (30h/per week).

You have affinity towards human resources operations and administrative work, with strong attention to detail.

You are able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You are able to convey information in a clear and professional way, both verbally and in writing.

You are fluent in English – both written and spoken.

You are willing to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.

Internship timeline:

CV screening & 1st interview (during April & May)

Recruitment task (home assignments) (During May & June)

Final interviews and selection process feedback (June)

Start of the internship program (1 week orientation in Zagreb Infobip campus) - July 7th

End of the Internship program (January)
