What You'll Do

We are currently looking for a Business Finance (Senior) Specialist to expand our regional Finance team supporting BCG Platinion EMESA region. 

You will be part of the BCG Platinion EMESA Finance team, offering a wide range of responsibilities and development perspectives. This position requires strong collaboration with the BCG Platinion EMESA leadership and Finance team, as well as the Finance community across EMESA Region. 

 

Key responsibilities

Support the Managing Directors with their project financials across the EMESA RegionProvide reporting and analysis to senior leadersUpdate, improve and build Finance Dashboards using analytics tools such as SAP Business Objects, Alteryx and TableauEnsure proper control of the P&L , including revenue, salaries, and operational costsParticipate in periodic planning exercise, in collaboration with senior leaders and other functionsParticipate in the Global Finance transformation (e.g. SAP ERP introduction)

What You'll Bring

University degree with major in Finance or AccountingKnowledge of Excel, and experienced with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI)Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience (e.g., consulting, controlling, data analysis)Proficiency in using PowerPointFluent in written and spoken English (other European languages a plus)

The BCG Platinion EMESA Finance team provides leadership with analysis and reporting to make informed strategic decisions on running, growing, and improving the business. In addition, the team controls the BCG Platinion P&L and drives planning exercises. As a result, members of the team receive significant exposure to the overall business and develop networks across the organization.
