Principal Accountabilities

Daily Engagement of workforce through direction of work assignments, compensation, communication, recognition, development and coaching, etc…Manage the workflow process associated with electronics and some electromechanical areas of the facility, including the ASRS systemDevelop preventative maintenance procedures to maintain equipment associated with electronics and limited electromechanical equipment throughout the facility; including the management of parts inventory and corrective actionsManage safety culture through training and observationsLiaison to contractors and Utilities department for projects and work ordersDevelop and update PLC and HMI programs as required based on established guidelines and controls for this type of equipment

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishBasic computer knowledge of Windows XP/7 operating systems and other applications such as Microsoft Office – Change to Windows 7/10Basic knowledge of Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers – simple programming and troubleshootingComfortable using computers and learning new softwareWillingness to learn PLC/HMI systems and safety proceduresWillingness to work 6 days a week 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in food processing environmentProficient in Allen-Bradley PLC Programming and troubleshooting, RsLogix 500/Control Logix 5000?Factory Talk ViewInstall and troubleshoot Industrial Networks- Ethernet base and componentsAbility to read and interpret schematics, general machine installation and repairsCompetency in basic electrical 24 and 120 volt AC and DC circuits2 year degree or better in electrical or electromechanical technologies or 3 years of experience with industrial process controls and industrial networkingBilingual English/Spanish or English/Somali
