Our client, a leader in the light industrial sector, is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will be part of a dynamic assembly team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Assembly Technician

Location: Mechanicsville, VA

Pay Range: $21 hourly

What's the Job?

Perform basic and complex assembly, wiring, and erection of products and systems. Read and interpret engineering configuration and wiring drawings. Devise and utilize nonstandard procedures to meet project requirements. Coordinate work with other groups to ensure commitments are met. Adhere to quality procedures and policies while performing assigned tasks.

What's Needed?

High School diploma plus 2-5 years of related experience in assembly. Experience with assembly techniques, preferably with torque tools. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a factory setting and adapt to varying environmental conditions.
