Sales Support Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to Technically support Medium Voltage Secondary Switchgear Export Business for reviewing customer request, configuration proposal, costing and technical negotiation, and to support sustainable growth of SGIS export business. Support the department manager in daily management of the technical support team.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification business area.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tReview customer technical request, propose ABB solution and configuration.•\tClarify, comment or deviate customer requirement and support sales support to discuss with customer and optimize proposal/configuration.•\tCalculate costing and figure out pricing during tender stage.•\tSupport technical negotiation and lead product training.•\tSupport order releasing, hand over, contract variation process after order received•\tCoordinate with relevant departments in the factory to optimize and standardize technical solutions.•\tSupport to lead the team to organize commonly used technical materials and bidding projects.•\tSupport to improve team competence as a senior role.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree or above, Major in Electric & Automation related.\tMore than 6 years of experience in project management /product/quality management/R&D in the Electric Power Industry.\tSelf-driven and committed to on-time delivery.\tSystematic thinking and result driven. \tA collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, teamwork and strong communication skills\tMore than 3 years of leading a team is preferred.\tFamiliar with protection and communication protocol, such as IEC61850,101,104, IEC61850, IEC 101/103 /104, Modbus, Profit bus.\tFamiliar with electrical power system and secondary switchgear.\tGood oral and written English.
