Position Overview:

The EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Coordinator ensures compliance with EHS regulations and promotes a safe work environment. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement EHS programs, conduct training, and maintain documentation. Success is measured by the completion of written documentation and the establishment of data-driven processes, contributing to improved safety records and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

EHS Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including incident reports, safety manuals, and compliance records.Data-Driven Processes: Utilize data to track and analyze EHS performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvementProject-Based Requirements: Participate in cross-functional teams to address EHS issues and support project-based EHS initiatives.Emergency Plans: Develop and maintain emergency response plans to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
Incident Investigation: Lead investigations to determine root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions. (er disse hos dig?)Identify Improvement Opportunities: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance EHS practices and implement innovative solutions.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in EHS management to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of safety and environmental sustainability.Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal EHS regulations through regular audits and inspections.Employee Training: Design and conduct EHS training sessions for all employees to promote awareness and understanding of safety protocols.

Skills & Experience:

Knowledge/Experience of ISO14001:2015Knowledge of the Ergonomic WorkplaceESG Knowledge and experience with waste managementfunction/technical work-based experience and skills required to be able to perform the role without which they would not be successful or efficientExperience with Microsoft OfficeSoft skills competencies to be able to communicate and collaborate cross departments e.g. operational, salaried employees, upper management, Service employees and Global Organization

Qualifications/Education:

Work Environmental Coordinator (B)Experience in working with different cultures2-4 years of Training and Leadership experience, preferably in a larger international company
