E2E Delivery & Solution Excellence Lead
**Job Description** **Purpose of Role:** As an E2E Delivery & Solution Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our data managements products. Lead the strategic development and execution of data management products and initiatives, driving business process transformation and delivering tangible business value through the effective application of technology solutions. Lead the delivery of innovative data management solutions, automations, and end to end testing, managing a high-performing team to address key business needs and challenges within the existing architecture. Ensure solutions align with overarching business objectives and technology roadmaps, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. **What You Will Bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring both experience and expertise in: + Techno-Functional Professional with 10+ years of experience in FMCG/CPG & Wellness sector specifically in IT & Projects domain. + Working in global IT function with regional and global responsibilities. + Proven experience developing and executing successful data technology and data architecture strategies that deliver business value. + Should have foundational exposure to supply chain, RDQ & Digital areas via technologies SAP MDG, SAP PLM, SAP S4 Master Data domains and Integrations to non-sap systems. + Should strive to deliver goals 100% on Quality, Cost, Time parameters. + Lead complex Cross Functional Projects and supporting M&A Demerger/Divestiture programs. + Stakeholder management and influencing skills. + Working with internal and external teams and leading when necessary + Should lead the team of delivery experts in varied domains. + Project Financial & controlling / closure responsibility. + Excellent communication and leadership skills **What you need to know about this position:** In this position you will: + Partner with SAP GSOs, Architects, CTO, Security, Data Operations & business, and R&D business teams. + Define requirements and validate requirements behind enhancement requests. + Analyze and transform business requirements into an integrated architectural blueprint spanning applications, systems, and platforms to achieve organizational objectives. + Support key projects including Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, etc. + Oversee technical delivery by system integrators. + Drive innovation in the way we work: Agile, test automation, etc. + Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills with high levels of emotional intelligence. **Education / Certifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, and/or Business Administration + 10 or more years technical experience preferably in a Data Management/Data transformation. + SAP Certifications and DAMA certifications or equivalent data certification is a plus! **What extra ingredients you will bring:** + Creative problem-solving skills that you leverage to find brilliant solutions to wicked problems and challenges. + High emotional intelligence to work well across diverse personalities, cultures, and organizations with differing interests. + Curiosity and energy to continually learn new data management technologies and stay apprised of security and regulatory changes. + Curiosity in business problems related to data and how to solve for them. + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving quality and timeliness of master data and delightful end user experiences. **Leadership Competency:** + Managing diversity + Organizational agility + Business acumen + Dealing with ambiguity + Process Management + Priority settings + Innovation Management Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy **Business Unit Summary** **Headquartered in Singapore, Mondelēz International’s Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region is comprised of six business units, has more than 21,000 employees and operates in more than 27 countries including Australia, China, Indonesia, Ghana, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam. Seventy-six nationalities work across a network of more than 35 manufacturing plants, three global research and development technical centers and in offices stretching from Auckland, New Zealand to Casablanca, Morocco.
