**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynamics 365 Deployment Data Migration Integration and Configuration. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The Infra. Architect will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 solutions. **Responsibilities** + Lead the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. + Oversee data migration processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy during transitions. + Provide expertise in configuring Dynamics 365 to meet specific business requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration solutions. + Monitor and maintain the performance of Dynamics 365 applications to ensure optimal functionality. + Develop and enforce best practices for Dynamics 365 deployment and configuration. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications and integrations. + Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards. + Create and maintain documentation for all Dynamics 365 processes and configurations. + Train and support end-users to maximize the utilization of Dynamics 365 features. + Stay updated with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and recommend improvements. + Participate in strategic planning to align Dynamics 365 solutions with business goals. + Ensure that all Dynamics 365 implementations adhere to security and privacy regulations. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Deployment Data Migration Integration and Configuration. + Should possess strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues. + Must have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. + Should have a proven track record of successful Dynamics 365 implementations. + Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in configurations and data migrations. + Should have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Certifications Required** Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert \#LI-CTSAPAC Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
