Mach’s möglich.** Du stellst die erforderliche Personalplanung entsprechend den Produktionsplänen sicher und bist für die kurz- und langfristige Planung bei variablen Veränderungen verantwortlich. Du machst die Urlaubsplanung der Produktionsmitarbeiter unter Berücksichtigung der geplanten Produktions- und Feiertage und planst die notwendige Unterstützung durch temporäre Mitarbeiter. Zudem koordinierst du die Entwicklung der Schichtteams hinsichtlich der Anlagenkenntnisse. **Dein Beitrag** Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben: + Planung langfristiger Personalverfügbarkeit in der Produktion gemäß Budget, Urlaubsansprüchen und Vertragslaufzeiten und entsprechende Beratung des Managements + Wöchentliche Personalplanung in Abhängigkeit vom Produktionsplan, der Schichtmodelle und der Personalverfügbarkeit und -Qualifikation + Berücksichtigung und Anwendung von relevanten gesetzlichen Regelungen und Betriebsvereinbarungen wie zB.
