Working with Display engineering team and purchasing team on the supplier selection 2. Working with the engineering team on process development for the display module and its components level part in the develop stages 3. Risk assessment and qualification for both product and process of Display module and its components suppliers and also subassembly level manufacturer 4. Quality plan definition, alignment and execution for the suppliers and subassembly level manufacturer which includes PFMEA, control plan, CTQ processes, correlated inspection and testing between suppliers and subassembly level manufacturer, reliability qualification and monitoring plan, quality reporting, traceability etc 5. Process audit and monitoring in display and its components level part manufacturer for risk assessment and improvement 6. Leading for quality problem solving and yield improvement for display module and its components level part 7. Proactive quality monitoring system setup include IQC, IPQC, OQC, SPC etc for the purchased display module and components level part in supplier factory **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. Bachelor degree or above in engineering. 9. At least 8 years hands-on working experience with at least 3 years working experience in fast consumer electrical industry as Display quality, process, R&D engineer. 10. Good process experience on display components technology as well as the manufacturing process. 11. Good understanding of TFT or OLED front-end and back-end, and also BLU process and quality control. 12. Familiar with DFM (design for manufacture), DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC and sampling plan definition etc quality tools. 13. Certified Quality professional 14. Fluent English skill. 15. Accepts frequent travel (up to 50%) with flexibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 16. Proven statistical analysis skills, certified Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus. 17.
