Job Responsibilities Lead the strategy, planning, and prioritization for our Global Public Affairs team, and keep things aligned with internal stakeholders across the business and our Director of EU and Regulatory Affairs. Advise and prepare material for leadership and represent and be a spokesperson for Danfoss at global external meetings, public events, and to media. Define and lead prioritized public affairs initiatives across various business areas to drive impact on the regulatory environment especially in the EU and business development opportunities. Monitor and analyze policy agendas, and propose effective Danfoss advocacy strategies. Facilitate team growth through consistent feedback, one-on-one meetings, and comprehensive performance evaluations. Background & Skills You've got a Master’s degree in political science, international relations, or a similar field. You've developed extensive experience in a corporate environment, business association, or public administration. You're an empathetic leader who can make informed decisions and prioritize effectively. Communication is your superpower - both spoken and written, with proficiency in English required. You're a networking whiz, building trust and strong relationships with stakeholders, and have an established network in the industry or government. You possess a curious mindset, capable of delving into complex and subject matter while maintaining a clear focus on the broader context and strategic objectives.
