Director Financial Planning & Analysis

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage financial planning process including annual budgets, monthly reporting against budget, board presentations and any other business analytics as needed.
• Work with Head of Pricing and global sales teams to optimize pricing and profitability for the company.
• Develop Return of Investment analysis
• Responsible for FP&A team providing financial support to Functional Department Heads.
• Leads consolidated reporting, forecast and budget process for functional departments.
• Directs progress reporting against cost savings initiatives, including actionable timelines and owners.
• Leads approval for new hire positions (backfill and growth) based on ratios. The person needs to be able to articulate approvals and rejections to Department leaders with strong position to control the financial outcomes of the company
• Develops Operational Forecasting model and tracks performance of these departments (Revenue, Cost of Sales and Gross Profit)

Additional Job Duties
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
