This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, NJ; alternative locations may be considered in Beerse, BE; Cork, Ireland; Schaffhausen, CH; Zug, CH. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for driving the optimal global planning of a portfolio of products from an End-to-End perspective across all dimensions of the Supply Chain. **Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Direct the End-to-End team responsible for creating a balanced supply plan that takes into account operational efficiency, inventory management, and customer service. + Proactively identify potential constraints and issues, and develop global solutions. + Lead and collaborate across the Supply Chain to achieve cash-flow targets through effective inventory management. + Ensure clear understanding and communication regarding the business implications arising from trade-offs related to specific brands. + Actively participate in executive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. + Cultivate a talent pipeline while promoting a culture of engagement within the team. + Identify and lead continuous improvements in planning processes that support the ATP2.0 roadmap. + Proactively identify and address potential product supply challenges through leadership in the Short-Term Exception Management (STEM) process. **Qualifications** **Education** + Minimum of a Bachelor’s / University or equivalent degree is required; MBA and/or focused degree preferred in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain **Experience and Skills** **Required** + At least ten (10) years of experience in Supply Chain (e.g., logistics, planning, etc.) + Experience in direct supervisory/team management + Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights + Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior partners + Proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
