We are seeking a TPM Leader to lead the Business Messaging and Meta FinTech TPM teams in Monetization. You will lead a group of talented individuals and managers to drive cross-functional cross-org programs and roadmaps for a wide range of business messaging platforms and products that serve hundreds of millions of businesses globally. You will define the TPM team strategy to drive technical programs in achieving business goals and problem-solve through technical acumen, execution, and effective communication.The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, adept at collaborating cross-functionally and focused on advancing Meta’s messaging products and services for businesses and advertisers. This is a quickly evolving space. We expect the TPM leader to be flexible and is able to pivot quickly based on the business and people problems we are trying to solve. They will set strong direction for the teams and programs to keep people accountable, and establish strong partnerships with cross-function partners to support the product vision and strategy for the organization. **Required Skills:** Director, Technical Program Management - Business Messaging and Meta Fin Tech Responsibilities: 1. Define and lead technical execution strategy for multiple product and platform areas. 2. Articulate the technology, requirements, goals, and milestones of your team. 3. Work with engineering and product management leadership to define and revise the long-term strategy for the organization. 4. Work with the team to develop end-to-end program plans, influence teams to deliver against them, and keep the org and leadership informed on progress. 5. Manage, mentor, and grow the existing product technical program management teams. 6. Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions. 7. Work with teams to set milestones, communicate program statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks. 8. Work with engineering to ensure the team’s work focuses on the highest priority partner team and customer needs. 9. Work across organizations to align plans, manage dependencies, drive execution, and deliver broad solutions. 10. Build and scale the organization to support multiple fast-paced product categories. 11. Responsible for people management - hiring, developing, and implementing organizational structure, delivering performance reviews, providing continual feedback, coaching and career growth. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 12. B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. 13. 15+ years of software industry experience, including systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience. 14. 10+ years of people management experience leading teams to deliver technical programs or products from inception to delivery. 15. Proven communication skills. 16. Proven interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional team. 17. Experience building, growing, and leading a technical program management organization through design and execution of large infrastructure, tools and applications. 18. Experience in growing organizations and developing a collaborative team environment. 19. Knowledge of software development processes and ML and AI technologies. 20. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 21. Experience with Messaging products and/or FinTech products. 22. Experience with online Advertising technologies, applications, and systems. 23.
