Requirements + Experience in statistical data analysis using JMP and Excensio and familiarity with different type of charts. + Experience in Digital ATE Test Program coverage on structural, leakage, performance and parametric tests. + Exhibit good communication skills and working with cross functional teams internal/ external to Product and Test Engineering. + Experience with ATE test platforms will be good advantage. + Knowledge of Semiconductor Physics and IC Electronic (MOSFET, Capacitor, Resistor, Inductors, FinFET) are a must. Education Requirements + Master’s in Electronic Engineering **Minimum Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
