**Why this job matters**
This role will help define our vision for Digital Billing experiences, leading the squad in designing and delivering new capability, improvements and efficiencies across our mobile and broadband products.
80% of traffic into the EE App goes to a Service journey, including millions of monthly visits to the billing experience. With capability spanning across web and app platforms, supporting Mobile and BB customers, this journey plays a critical role in bringing customers into the app and deepening their relationship with us. It’s crucial we have a Product Manager with a strong customer focus and analytical skills to understand and drive great experiences.
**What you’ll be doing**
• Be accountable for the end-to-end product vision, life cycle and strategy to define and evolve objectives and key results for your squad
• You'll inspire, coach and guide a squad to ensure the delivery of outcomes to support the customer and business consisting of Software Engineers, Testers, Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, Product & Content Designers
• Interpret the business need and be responsible for interrogating customer insight and data to identify key customer needs whilst supporting business priorities
• Own and define your squad’s strategy and prioritise a backlog to support this with a positive value to effort ratio
• Leverage the squad's skills to collaboratively discover and iterate solutions that are valuable, usable, feasible and viable
• Define and communicate your product’s performance and demonstrate how this contributes to the digital and business objectives
• Identify and nurture partnerships with stakeholders and collaborate with them to achieve the product vision
**Experience Required**
• 2+ years of B2C experience working as a Digital Product Owner/Manager on Service / in-life journeys.
• Demonstrable success as a product manager over large and complex digital initiatives
• Experience of leading teams using agile methodologies, ideally as part of a squad
• Stakeholder management
• Commercial background in data driven product insight with knowledge of product KPIs
• Ability to draw insight from numbers and translate to business requirements
• Adaptable approach to understanding a product’s features and technical composition. You have knowledge of new and emerging technologies and the potential they provide
• Building, maintaining and delivering a strategic roadmap of features and improvements with evidence of success and benefits
• Collaboration mindset with peers, scrum teams and business stakeholders, all to maximise value created by squad
