Ready to get started? **In this role** your mission is to spearhead the creation and implementation of eStudy Design, a groundbreaking digital product set to redefine how clinical trials are designed. By harnessing the power of diverse data sources, sophisticated methodologies, and cutting-edge AI/GenAI, eStudy Design aims to generate trial protocols that are optimized-by-design. The ambition is immense: accelerate clinical trial timelines by 15% and unlock €100 million in yearly cost savings, fundamentally changing the economics and speed of drug development. **Main responsibilities:** + Oversee a high-performing team delivering cutting-edge solutions. + Define product strategies and champion a culture of innovation. + Ensure feature prioritization, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies. + Spearhead portfolio Governance with senior Business and Digital leadership. + Lead Pod staffing/budget to secure value delivery and key outputs. + Drive standardization of processes, tools, and technologies across the Accelerator teams. + Promote skill enhancement, knowledge sharing, and professional growth. **_About you_** _You’ll have significant experience in Product management building complex digital solutions, ideally within a healthcare company. As well as experience of:_ + AI/GenAI model industrialization. + Defining an executing product strategies and roadmaps which deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives. + Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design, and Integration. + Making commercially and strategically sound decisions.
