Digital Data Analyst – R&D Accelerator

Remote Working: 2 days remote working, 3 days on-site

We're looking for creative, curious Data Analysts to join our R&D Accelerator. Be part of a team developing innovative digital products aimed at halving the time it takes to safely bring effective therapies to patients.

What you'll do

As a Data Analyst you'll contribute to solution design and play a key role in ensuring the quality, usability, and security of Sanofi's data, as well as:

Perform exploratory data analysis and feature generationCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of data models and definitionsGather requirements for sustainable data managementDevelop and implement data management standards and best practices

What we're looking for

Initiative-taking problem solvers with an eye for detail who think critically and apply a highly analytical approach to their work.

Skills and Qualifications

Fluent in EnglishProficient in SQL, Python, and data profilingFamiliar with cloud computing (AWS)Skilled in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Teams, and the Informatica SuiteMaster’s Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics or equivalent experience in a Data Analytics role

Experience

Significant experience in a Data Analyst roleExperience collaborating with multiple teams to drive alignment and resultsStrong understanding of databases and data management tools e.g., business glossaries, metadata, cataloguing, data qualityExperience working in Lean and Agile environmentsKnowledge and experience of privacy laws

Experience working within the healthcare sector would be an advantage, but not essential.
