**Overview**
We’re looking for a **Digital Art Director** to join our team and help elevate creative across multiple retail fashion brand banners. This role is about bringing smart, conceptual thinking, best practice knowledge and strong visual standards to everyday creative work. Making sure our work consistently feel fresh, sharp, and on-brand.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, animators, design leads, and account teams, helping guide and improve the creative work. You’ll also play an important role in presenting work to clients and helping ensure that what we deliver not only meets expectations but raises the bar.
This role will report into an Associate Creative Director.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns across social media, digital and web
+ Works on multiple projects simultaneously and delivers on client expectations and meets objectives consistently
+ Oversee the production of animated content, including storyboarding, directing, and collaborating with animators to ensure high-quality output.
+ Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of work.
+ Develop engaging social media content that aligns with clients' brand identities and marketing objectives.
+ Work closely with copywriters, designers, and account managers to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
+ Stay current with industry trends, social and digital best practices, and emerging technologies to continually bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
+ Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients, effectively communicating the strategic rationale behind your work.
**Qualifications**
+ Degree, diploma, or similar in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
+ 2-3+ years minimum’ experience in a creative agency.
+ Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects, and conceptual thinking across various platforms.
+ Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to think strategically and solve complex design and marketing challenges.
