In this role, you will provide creative direction and mentorship to our design team, ensuring the delivery of visually stunning and engaging graphics. Your expertise will span across **2D/3D renderings, visualizations, and technical construction plans,** driving the success of our projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating and adapting compelling, functional, and brand-aligned environments for retail, hospitality, corporate, and other commercial projects. This role requires a deep understanding of spatial design, materials, and branding, along with the ability to adapt designs to various locations and site constraints. **LANGUAGE LEVEL:** B2: Advanced English **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design or related field. **YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:** 5 - 7 **Responsibilities** **KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** + **Project Leadership:** Oversee and manage architectural design projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring high standards of design quality and project execution. + **Creative Direction:** Provide innovative and strategic design solutions, guiding the creative vision and direction of projects to align with client goals and company standards. + Develop and refine **architectural designs and layouts for commercial spaces** , ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and brand consistency. + Adapt existing design concepts to fit different locations, site conditions, and client needs. + Collaborate with **clients, project managers, engineers, and contractors** to develop innovative design solutions. + **Team Mentorship:** Mentor and support junior designers and team members, fostering a collaborative and dynamic working environment that encourages professional growth and development. + **Visualizations:** Produce and review high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and other graphic representations to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders. + **Technical Documentation:** Develop and oversee the preparation of detailed technical construction plans, including drawings, specifications, and other documentation required for project implementation. + **Client Collaboration:** Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, ensuring their vision is realized throughout the design and construction process. + **Quality Assurance:** Maintain rigorous standards of design excellence, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest level of accuracy, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. + Stay updated on **trends in commercial architecture, branding, and experiential design** . **MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Oversee and lead members of the team on projects encouraging collaboration. + Stay up to date with industry development and tools. + Provide strategic guidance and creative direction to the design team. + Lead and oversee the execution of detailed architectural design projects from concept to delivery. + Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into creative solutions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative directors, project managers, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment with overall project goals and objectives. **Qualifications** **MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:** + Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite + Proficiency in **Vectorworks Architect 2025.** + Proficiency in 3D modeling software able to create high quality interior and exterior renders. + Proficient to meet deadline and collaborate with a team and clients. + Proficient to edit and create CAD files and/or technical/construction architectural plans + Proficient to remain focused under pressure within a fast-paced environment. + Must be a well-organized, detail-oriented creative person with strong communication skills. + Good knowledge of office tools, collaboration tools such as: workflow tools, planning review and approval tools. + Ability to understand and create vector-based construction/design plans. + Ease of understanding a technical brief, estimating, quantifying efforts **GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS /KNOWLEDGE:** + Experience with technical/construction architectural files management + Experience following brand catalogues and design specifications + Familiarity with project management methodologies + Familiarity with build projects and interior architecture concepts/proposals + Time management and organizational skills
