**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Digital Com Service Delivery and Digital Com Peak Mgmt along with a strong background in User Experience Services. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of DevOps practices to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our digital communication services. + Oversee the integration of Digital Com Service Delivery and Digital Com Peak Mgmt to ensure seamless operations and peak performance. + Provide technical guidance and support to development and operations teams to optimize user experience services. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to service delivery and peak management. + Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment processes and reduce manual intervention. + Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime and ensure high availability. + Conduct regular reviews and audits of DevOps processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to digital communication services. + Create and maintain documentation for DevOps processes tools and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. + Provide training and mentorship to team members on DevOps practices and tools. + Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and digital communication services to drive continuous improvement. + Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize DevOps initiatives that align with business goals. + Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the DevOps infrastructure. **Qualifications** + Must have strong experience in Digital Com Service Delivery and Digital Com Peak Mgmt. + Should have a solid background in User Experience Services. + Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Should have experience with automation tools and scripting languages. + Must have a strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices. + Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Certifications Required** Certified DevOps Architect AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent.
