What You Can Expect


As the Development Intern you will support our fantastic development teams based out of our Winterthur location (Shingo & GPTW award winning) in the implementation of post-market engineering activities. You will get the opportunity to be involved in the design control and risk management for existing world leading orthopaedic instruments and implants. You will learn from a well established team with multiple years of medical device and orthopaedic knowledge and get exposure to numerous different departments at Zimmer Biomet as part of our exciting development projects. This is a great opportunity for someone currently in study/recently graduated to get experience in one of the leading companies in the medical device industry. Please note this internship will run until December 2025.

Interest in CAD, initial experience desiredVery good MS Office skillsExcellent German and very good written and spoken English skillsExcellent communication skills
 Your Background

 

Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical or biomechanical engineering or a similar field
