Qualifications

Education and Professional Experience: (Minimum Requirement)

Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a similar qualificationAt least three years of experience in application development with knowledge of applications and processes in the finance environment

Professional Competence, Special Knowledge:

Excellent knowledge of programming languages and design patterns, especially Python, ETL processes, and relational databasesExperience in applying best practices of agile methods, especially ScrumKnowledge of finance and accounting topics and how they are represented in ERP systemsIdentification and implementation of new technologies and tools that contribute to improving development processesPromoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the teamPossess C1 language proficiency in English, capable of understanding complex content, expressing ideas fluently, and producing detailed, well-structured content for professional purposesPossessing German B1 language proficiency is desireable, capable of understanding main points in meetings and replying in tickets
